Sherloc Supplementary Material

The Unknown data set contains about 19000 proteins with unkown or uncertain localization annotation in Swiss-Prot release 48.8 but with associated PubMed references. The exact extraction procedure is described in the paper. The downloadable file contains the final prediction results of the Unknown data set.
