Research Interests:

  • Proteomics: I am interested in various aspects of high-throuput proteomics. One of my current research efforts focuses on the development on a consensus scoring scheme for peptide identification in shotgun proteomics

  • Systems biology: My research in systems biology focusses mainly on the analysis and integration of high-throughput datasets.
